Welcome to PetsyDNA (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our mobile application powered by artificial intelligence (AI), which provides features including, but not limited to:
– Breed Scanner;
– Food & Toxicity Checker;
– Symptom Checker;
– Feed Amount Calculator;
– Health Risks by Breed;
– Breed Selector.
The App may be used with or without registration. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Image Data
When you use AI-powered features, images may be processed:
Images may be processed locally on your device or securely transmitted to our servers for analysis;
We may temporarily retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for: providing the Service; improving AI performance; preventing abuse and fraud.
We do not use your images to identify you personally or for advertising or marketing purposes.
1.2. Account Information

You may use the App without registration or you can register in our App to take advantage of additional services. If you do so, in addition to the data already stored in an anonymous account, the personal data you provide during registration will be transmitted to us and stored in our information technology systems.

Mobile number
Gender
Other optional profile data
This data is used for authentication, saving history and preferences, providing personalized features.
You may also use the App without creating an account. In that case, only anonymous data is processed.

If you purchase a subscription:
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play;
We do not collect or store payment card data;
We may receive limited transaction data such as: subscription status; product ID; purchase token;
This data is used to validate your subscription and provide access to premium features.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include:

Upon account deletion:

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please manage subscriptions via your App Store or Google Play account.
